Who processes your data?

Which data and why?
When you request a contact or quotation, we process your name, contact details, zip code, project choice and message to answer your question, schedule an appointment and possibly prepare a quotation. The basis is your request to take steps before an agreement and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in following up on customer communications.
Custody and recipients
We do not store application data longer than necessary for follow-up and legal obligations. Technical suppliers for hosting and e-mail can only process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
Public reviews
On the review page we show publicly published reviews from Google and Trustpilot: the displayed name of the reviewer, score, review text, date and source. We do not import email address or other non-public profile data. Synchronization takes place weekly via the official APIs or, as long as the Google link does not work, via the publicly visible review cards on the existing Cose website. A review that disappears at the source will also be deleted locally after the next full, successful synchronization. In the event of a failed or incomplete synchronization, we keep the existing copy. This processing supports our legitimate interest in showing up-to-date, verifiable customer experiences. Omgevingsradar
Bevoegde medewerkers kunnen openbare beslissingen uit het Vlaamse Omgevingsloket beoordelen om relevante bouwprojecten in het werkgebied op te volgen. Bij een handmatige PDF-upload bewaren we alleen een werksamenvatting, controlemetadata en eventueel duidelijk gelabelde kandidaat-gegevens zoals naam, contactadres en werfadres. De PDF en de volledig uitgelezen tekst worden niet opgeslagen. Kandidaat-gegevens worden versleuteld bewaard, zijn uitsluitend toegankelijk voor beheerders en moeten vóór gebruik tegen de officiële beslissing worden gecontroleerd. We bewaren deze informatie niet langer dan nodig voor de beoordeling en commerciële opvolging; je kunt steeds bezwaar, correctie of verwijdering vragen via ons contactadres.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer and object where the law allows this. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Security
We restrict access, use encrypted connections in production and take reasonable technical and organizational measures. Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for your application.
