Quotation and agreement
An application via the website is without obligation. An agreement only arises after acceptance in accordance with the conditions on the specific quotation or order form. The project-specific documents state price, scope, schedule, payment and any exclusions.
Measurement and execution
Dimensions and technical feasibility are checked during the agreed measurement. The customer reports known defects, pipes, permit requirements and other circumstances that influence the implementation in a timely manner.
Delivery, changes and force majeure
Delivery times and change agreements are included in the quotation. Customized production can only start after choices have been finalized. Unforeseen circumstances and force majeure will be reported as soon as possible and dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
Afhalen en levering van webshopproducten
Producten met een rechtstreekse webshopprijs worden na voorraad- en productcontrole gratis klaargezet voor afhaling bij Cose, Industrielaan 22 in Brakel. Levering of plaatsing gebeurt alleen wanneer dit afzonderlijk is afgesproken; de bijbehorende kost staat dan in de bevestiging of offerte.
Herroepingsrecht en retour
Een consument kan een standaardproduct dat op afstand werd gekocht binnen 14 kalenderdagen na ontvangst herroepen, voor zover het wettelijke herroepingsrecht van toepassing is. Meld de retour vooraf via info@cose.be en breng het product compleet en in goede staat terug naar Cose na afspraak. De rechtstreekse retourkosten zijn voor de klant. Na controle betalen we het verschuldigde bedrag terug volgens de wettelijk geldende termijn en betaalwijze.
Het herroepingsrecht geldt niet voor goederen die volgens jouw specificaties zijn vervaardigd of duidelijk gepersonaliseerd zijn, zoals ramen, deuren, screens en ander maatwerk nadat de productie is gestart. Dwingende consumentenrechten en wettelijke garanties blijven altijd van toepassing.
Complaints and warranty
Report visible damage or defects as quickly as possible with sufficient information and photos. Legal guarantees remain applicable; additional product or installation guarantees are described in the project documents.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to agreements with Cose. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply in full. The signed quotation and attachments always determine the specific project.
